Summer Exhibition Entry Fee

We will be holding a Summer Exhibition where selected artists will hang for the entire month of August in our Chelsea Gallery. We will NOT take any commission on works sold.
All entrants will receive an invite to the Private View.

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION IS BY MIDNIGHT ON THE 3RD OF JULY.
All entries will need to be complete by this day i.e payment made and information emailed as specified

Description

ENTRY INTO OUR SUMMER EXHIBITION
Only original artworks will be eligible for entry and as such photographs and reproductions of artwork i.e giclee prints etc. will not be accepted.

ENTRY PROCESS
To enter, add the entrance fee to your basket and proceed to checkout. If you wish to submit two pictures, you will have to do this as a separate transaction.
Alternatively, you can call us and pay over the phone or come to the shop and pay at the till. You will still need to follow the instructions below regardless of how you pay.
Paying the entrance fee does not guarantee that your work will be hung and is non-refundable.

MAXIMUM OF TWO ENTRIES PER PERSON
After your card has been processed you will need to send us an email with the following information to thegallery@greenandstone.com

Name of artist
Size of work
Medium used (i.e watercolour, oil, acrylic, woodcut etc.)
Address of entrant
Telephone number
Asking price (inc. VAT)
A photo of your artwork not exceeding 2MB

If you have a website, you may also include this in your email.

All works must be framed or on box canvas
Submission requirements:
Single entry max. size 15” x 17” (inclusive of frame)
Double entry max. size 10” x 12” (inclusive of frame)

The exhibition will run from 2nd until 31st August.
There will be a Private View to open the exhibition and all entrants will receive an invite.
We will not take commission on works sold unless you do not have your own means of receiving payment, in which case VAT and a handling fee will apply.

After we have paired your payment with your email, you will be sent an entrance confirmation.
We will inform all successful candidates of their place by the 7th of July.
Artwork that has been chosen to hang in the exhibition will need to be handed in on Sunday 28th July 2019.
We will NOT accept any work prior to this date. If you are not available to hand your work in, please find a delegate or contact Art Moves of Chelsea – 020 7352 7492
All works will need to have the name of the entrant written clearly on the reverse, along with the title of the piece and the medium used. Please also supply the price you would like to sell your work for.
