At the end of the 19th Century Gustave Sennelier recognised the need to produce colours that only contained the highest quality pigments. He went to great lengths to verify the origins and quality of each of the pigments he used. This tradition and respect for materials is still up held by Sennelier today and they are one of the few remaining manufactures that still offer a comprehensive range of raw pigments. Uniquely Sennelier offer a complete range of pre-prepared binding mediums. these mediums are formulated so that when mixed with raw pigments they create a well balanced and stable colour in the medium of choice.

Pigments supplied in 200ml plastic pots unless otherwise stated (eg. More expensive pigments may be sold in  a smaller quantity though contained in a 200ml pot) Pigment weights are shown in grams
