This Exhibition is a selection of my work of  my  winter travels to Sri Lanka ,  India and Romania and  some closer to home . I work on the spot , hopefully aiming to catch the moment in time , the essence of my subject being the key of my interest and the colours . I lived for two winters in Sri Lanka and I was very inspired by the fishermen and the buffalo men in the Paddy and, of course, the warmth. 

On a more recent couple of visits to Transylvania I loved capturing a long lost way of life of rural people haymaking and a  living close to the earth , people working in the fields and cows in the pasture.
